Powerflex bush PFF88-711

Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me if the 'lower engine torque arm Larger bush' is meant to be tapered at the shoulders? Also the center steel tube protrudes about 4mm when all fitted together. Is this normal?

I have emailed powerflex but wondered if anyone here had experience with this bush. Cheers.

i haven't fitted mine yet but did notice that if you have the 2 parts of the bush touching the tube protudes. Thinking about it it should still work perfectly fine (aslong as it'll fit into the bracket) becuase its job is to damper movement on the other axies
