how do you remove the pipes on the fuel pump

im sure you push the clips forward and then pull the pipes... I might be wrong like, sure someone will be along to correct me if im wrong

iirc u just squeeze the tags that are recessed each side of the pipe where it pushes onto the pump.

LOL just did mine at the weekend. As has been said there is a 'collar' at the bottom of each connector, this has to be pulled up (into the body of the connector) then the pipe pulled off. It is a bit tricky as you can't get your fingers in so I found that you may have to carefully lever the collar with a screwdriver and work your way round it. Also it may be an idea to relieve the fuel pressure from the supply pipe (from the shrader type valve near the fuel filter or the injector rail) as you are trying to release the pipe whilst under pressure which is more difficult and it goes everywhere when you do get it off !
