P2 V70 T5 - Exhaust hanger repair?

Just noticed today that one side of the dual hanger on the exhasut pipe, near the rear suspension has rotted and broken away. The other 'prong' is holding on the rubber but I imagine it will go shortly too.

Does anybody have any sensible repair advice please? Can a new hanger be welded in place or can I improvise a new hanger to go between the rubbers, so to speak?

Grateful of any advice before I head off to the local garage.

Those ebay don't seem to be specifically for the Phase 2 V70, although I think I've found one which is so thanks for the pointers.
