t5 to t5r suspension differences

Hello all, can anyone tell me the difference on a 98 t5 and t5r suspension,ie ride height etc, ive just been offered some t5r stuts and springs and im wondering if its a worthwhile mod thanks

hi mate i am in the same place got a T5 on a m reg looking for some info as to getting some rear adjustable shocks for my estate car ..... got to be someone out there in the know ?????

on the 850's im sure it lowers the car by 20mm giving a little stiffer ride but better road holding
