My cd dirve isnt working for some reason and this is the explination i get from the computer.
Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

I have searched the internet about this and it seems quite a few people have had this problem and need to alter settings etc but i cannot make head or tail or whatto do.
Does any one know a simple way of fixing this or will i need to get some one that know about computers to fix it for me?
Cheers pete

Should be able to go to the manufacturers website and download new drivers for it, once you've got them un install it and re install it with the downloaded drivers.
