boost leak

its about time i got this sorted so any ideas?after getting ricad i got a boost guage and it was only 0.8bar so i got a mbc and its wound right in and iv gave the actuator about 15 turns and now i get 1.2bar but it drops of to about .7bar.if i pull of the hose to the actuator theres no difference.fitted a dump valve the other day and just blanked of the recirc hose and its the same so reading another thread iv put in a one way valve to the recirc and its the same.where should i look now to get it to hold 1.2bar?

15 turns is a lot to adjust the actuator by!
I would suggest the reason your boost is dropping off so dramatically is that the ECU is cutting the boost so as to stop detonation.
The actuator should be set so as it needs to be pulled about 2mm to fit on the little lever. Winding it in any further than this will get you nowhere.
You will find your car will drive a lot smoother if this is setup right.
