not much really, other than when i took the 3bolts out of the recirc valve 1 was shorter than the other 2. and wasn't long enough due to the thickness of the blanking plate.
found one in my box of bits- job done

Either block it up, or yes it can be used for a boost gauge

Does anybody know of any issues when blanking off the recirc valve and having no dump valve on a T5 with ME7 management?

I'm quite liking the idea as I think the 'chatter' sound thats produced as the turbo compressor stalls is lovely but I dont want to cause damage to anything or upset the ecu!
