im gonna be putting a 3" turbo back with a 200 cell cat on my Vreg c70 me7 ive read up on some page about "cars fitted with OBD2 will need a 200cpi substrate" can anyone tell me what this means or what i need to do
any help atal would be great

i have a v70 with a 3in 100 cell race cat no probs at all

I run a ferrita dp on my ME7 C70 - don't know what the specs are for that - if this is any help?

Ferrita use 100cell as well

so il be ok with the 200 cell i think if use dont have problems with the 100's.
what kinda power gaind over the stock system do use get?

There is no advantage over the standard cat - unless you are using a larger turbo and remapping it properly.

I have one to make the most of my 19T turbo.

yea its gonna get mapped in time, but my downpipes cracked and i dont see the point in paying that silly price for a new one. So i may aswel get a 3" dp and cat back for the extra £250 plus its in stainless steel so i get the life time gaurentee :). how much extra boost do you get out of a 19t compared to my 16t?

She starts boosting around 2500 but really kicks from 4K & Mine will run all the way to the redline. currently running approx 300bhp with .9 Bar - more to come soon. Flow rate is a lot higher.

I also run green injectors and the AFR is still sweet - even at full chat.

so thats about 13psi? how much does rica take the boost to with the 16t for the estimate of 310bhp if you know

runs out to about 1.2 Bar AFAIK
