I have seen over on Swedspeed forum that some of the members cars have the sport bodykit fitted, which I think is a nice bodykit compared to some I have seen.

For those of you who don't know what I am on about, here see this thread: http://www.swedespeed.com/news/publish/Features/article_242.html

From what I have read unless I am very much mistaken, this was a Volvo option part in the US of A. So if I contacted my local Volvo garage parts section and gave them the part numbers, could they get the kit for me?

A mate of mine has it on his S60R. Looks good...sometimes.....but has massive trouble getting onto his driveway (Slight incline) as the side skirts are so low and make the car bottom out. There is an independent garage I used to use, and the guy that ran it had literally a shed full of Volvo bits, and I know he had at least three of these kits.
I'll try and dig his number out for you when i return home.
I know the kit consists of 2 x side skirts, 2 x front bumper splitters and an addition to the rear bumper.
The kit looks great with a twin-twin exhaust set up though!!!

That would be great if you could.

Personally, I dont think it looks right for some reason

All the bits in seperate pictures look ok, but the full car doesnt look good at all :(

Maybe its those duff wheels

I personally like the kit.

It's looking more like a duff beemer than a power volvo.

I'm not too keen.

I'd doubt it does the car any good for it's performance or handling. Just adding weight to it for the sake of a "look" might not be ideal.

I see your point badger and where you are coming from. Whats a few more pounds to a car that is already 2.1 tons.

Looks too chavvy for me. S60R looks better stock than that... IMHO of course!

Agreed, it's looking a bit too chav, the stock look is more subtle & the car was designed to do it's best at stock.

I'd have one, minus the bits stuck on them.

The S60R is one of a few Volvo's that doesn't require any cosmetic touches really.

I do like the sport body kit, but as some of you say that its not quite right for a S60R in the UK.
