ok ive tryed the search but came up with nothing,
basically ive fitted cruise control to my 850, the kit i recieved was from an auto so i found another auto car in scrappers and got another pedal switch and pipe work for the clutch. (my car is manual)
pump unit is plumbed in under the battery tray with the vacume hose and obvs thats then connected to the switch's via t pieces and onto the leaver,.. leaver is securely attached to the throttle pedal and both brake/clutch switch are wired in.
relay is also in place. as is the stalk
now.... when ive engaged the system from speeds over 40mph.. and set the speed nothing happens as soon as i release the throttle pedal the car slows down....
theres a bad connection somewhere but i dont know what?!?!
can anyone help me on this matter?!
just to add i know the lever with ballist is fine with no holes in the rubber...
and ive tryed two different relays!
why isnt my cruise working?!?!
any help much appreciated! traveling back to liverpool monday so would prefer to have it up and running.. tie my leg to the chair to stop temptation of wasting fuel :lol: :lol:
