A gearbox off an 850R will do the trick.

Afaik it's a bolt on job, the LSD is in the box, apparently it's a Viscous one so it's not fantastic, but it's better than none at all and a hell of a lot cheaper than a Gripper etc.

The Focus RS has all sorts of suspension enhancements and modifications to compliment the LSD it has. The ford Revoknuckle system as covered by Gary on T5D5 plays a big part in getting the power down. Peugeuot diesels run a similar system to the Ford system also, to cope with the higher torque outputs the newer Td engines produce.

You mean the 850R box?, don't get the T5-R gearbox, that'll no doubt be exactly the same as the box you currently have.
