the 304 map is intended for a stock engine so will work fine by itself, it is a good idea to get the car fully checked over beforehand to make sure everything is ok tho. The extra boost & strain can bring up problems with components that might of been fine running the standard power, but are starting to show fatigue & can't cope with the extra needed from them

But a K&N panel filter and a 2.5" cat-back system will add a certain something

I am running one on my 96 854, together with a ITG filter and it totally transforms the car.

As has already been mentioned,if you can get it checked over as the extra umph can identify weak spots and if you weren't already doing so,the 304 map likes to drink from the high octane pump.

God luck with it.

Getting a bit of extra on my car split a coupler hose which held the master brake vac line & caused a missfire like you've never heard!

Be safe & get it looked at, it could save you quite a bundle!

A stage 0 is a must, do a search and theres a few lists about on stuff to check / change.

I have the 304 on my T5 Auto and its unreal also got a Pipercross Filter.

Only down side is the price of fuel to run it
