Heaters not working

My heaters are not working and i could really do with them. it's damn cold now.
Basically it won't blow air. So i think it's the fan. Checked all the fuses and they all good. the heater is working as eventually hot air comes out but just not been blown out. An idea's what it could be? and is it easy to sort?

best thing to do is stick your head up behind the glovebox & check it there is power to the wires for the fan,under there is also the rea-stat,
if that fails it can cause fan issues.

Had a look at the heater motor today. It is getting power so in that way i would suppose that it is the heater motor itself that is away?
