^^^^^^ where do we get one of them from???
the lever comes off very easily by knocking out the roll-pin, then grind the original pin off & drill a new hole for a nut & bolt

I was told by a Mr T.Williams, that if you fit the side movement linkage off a T4, it will reduce the travel for us :)

Neal sent me a couple down years ago and they were very good, just where I live the wind can rush through the street and eventually the all died a death.

But they certainly helped me out, thanks again Neal

Thought I'd dig the bitch out as spring is here lol, started 1st time with a jump so treated it to a wash and changed the front tyres for some of those Dunlop sport maxx :), still needs a couple of wishbones and I'm going to get it mapped again :)

Mapped again? How come?

Not really happy with the way it pulls tbh, Mark Shead did what he could with the TT but to quote him "it's a bit clunky to use " Tim can do a far better job now with the standard ecu's, i know there's a lot more in it I'm running 2 bar of boost ffs it should be absolutely metal but it's not feels flat in the mid range, discussed it with Tim before my hols so will be going there once I sort the wishbones.

Cool beans. You won't be disappointed mate. He has a such a precise understanding of what he's doing and what is needed. You won't possibly get better, I can guarantee you that. And what's more, he's not interested in chasing figures, it's purely about how the car drives.

Still looks mucky green go wash it again.
Just had the gul mapped this weekend well impressed drives great and with the progressive boost it should be ideal on the quater mile.
The thing I've seen over the years is most tuners just wack full boost at 3k yeah it feels great but then is flat uncontrolled and useless the way he's done mine it just keeps pulling and pulling while being in total Control.

Sorry lads curry turned up and food got priority :)

Was a long afternoon,:), all good apart from having a knackered rear knock sensor and a sticky throttle cable which I'll change then return, now drives and pulls so much smother just running off actuator pressure only mbc shut, pulls at 24psi all the way to 7500 rpm which equates to 112 mph in 3rd with my box, so all in all I'm a happy man, thanks to Tim and Ben for there efforts :)

I agree too, be plenty of wood to prop it up and I'm sure we can start a fire underneath to provide heat?

How's the throttle cable to do? Think mine needs changing too.

It's a bitch to get out of the bulkhead it's held in with 1 way plastic tabs, you can't pull it out by hand well at least I couldn't lol got a screw driver and hammer and gave it a tap on the tabs you can get in there if you bend it back abit.

Perhaps a second feel and it will loosen up???

Never looked at my tdi the other day until I though why does the pedal not move on cruise, then noticed fly by wire, always assumed with age it wasn't.
