OBD to USB cable, will this work

sorry i know i've asked about these cables before but will this call work with my 2002 D5. I've already sorted out the software i'm going to use & just looking for the right cable with wiring protocol to connect it

which software is it you are using i have all the cables a few software discs but it won't connect to car with the software i have

Trial versions of PCMScan and ProScan. Connect fine and talk to car OK.

thanks for that, i downloaded PCMScan this afternoon & it did look an excellent program. Does the trial version do enough without having to buy the license code?

my lead finally turned up yesterday but didn't notice till this morning. Unfortunatly i'd slept in so no time to mess, i did plug it all in & try in with the netbook but hadn't got the drivers installed so wouldn't connect DOH. So i've got to copy the CD onto a memory stick so i can install it & fingers crossed get to play tonight
