Whats it worth?

I'm trying to find a T5 engine at the moment, and have been offered one on 150k, complete with all ancillaries, a 16T turbo, and ME7 manifold, so what would you say thats worth?

I've been trying to find a 19T turbo or KKK24 to use with it, but they seem to be like rocking horse poo.
