I am thinking about upgrading my suspension on the t5 any advice on what to go for and where to buy. I would be lowering her but not silly lowering around 40 mm i am thinking. Has anybody had coilover kits on there t5?

Eibach's are good springs, and will lower your car by about 40mm, if that's as low as your wanting to go then I wouldn't bother with coilovers...

The wife's come down with the lurgy so I've been awake half the night, not really a good idea to be driving a truck all day if you've had no sleep,lol....

Personally, I'd go with Eibachs and Bilsteins.

Hi Craig. You might have heard of Lesjors Sweden spring company they re-box in the uk and call them Kilen......They are well known in the trade.. ish....

I've just got G-Max springs on mine and it still rides good, not too hard and it handles alot better with no rubbing.
