as the title say is the 2001 volvo v70 2.3 t5 awd or fwd

They are all FWD. No T5s in the P2 shell had 4WD, only the R which has a 2.5l uprated 300BHP engine.

Other V70 variants came with AWD, but never the T5.

Start saving for front tyres and forget about pulling out of tight junctions in the wet quickly!
