my 1998 v70 awd 2.5 petrol has developed an annoying fault!!! i've had it fully serviced and the fault is still there. When starring cold, the car sounds like it is refusing to start... eventually it always does start but gives off a really fumey smell (the excess fuel burning off i guess?)... it then runs rough for a couple of seconds but then totally smooths out and is still returning great (for a 2.5 v70) fuel economy!! when starting hot, it starts much easier but sometimes splutters a tad.
Can anyone help me diagnose this fault... things i have thought it could be are: dirty injectors, faulty fuel pump, etc etc... its driving me nuts!!! :confused:
