Boost has a mind of it's own....

Yeaterday after dropping the missus home from shopping, I went for a quick blast. Started getting slower and slower until I noticed the boost gauge was only just touching the white part on WOT???
Initial thoughts were a boost leak, But tonight on the way home it's back up to 3/4 in the white.

its bolted onto the side of the airbox, got 3 pipes & a plug with 2 wires going to it
