Oil return seal on turbo 850 t5

I need to replace the turbo oil seal but can't find a how to anywhere. I know its probably really easy but i am aware that the access is rather limited. Can anyone help??

awesome. the haynes only shows a pic but no instructions on how to actually do it. should i expect much oil coming out of this or is it only when under pressure ie when engine is on that there is a quantity of oil in this area??
