is it the plug gap thats oiling up or the ht lead where it goes over the plug.
if its on the lead its probly the rocker cover/cam cover leaking oil,
if its the plug gap oiling up it could be a number of things,
valve guides,piston rings,head gasket,cracked head etc etc.
best to take it to your local garage & let them check it out before it becomes a big issue,& a big cost

Could be PCV system dumping shed loads of oil, or the turbo oil seals.

its the plug gap the ht leads seem fine its just the one plug on the left side of the engine as u look at it

sounds like significant engine wear has occured oiling up plugs normally indicates serious bore /ring wear

Sounds like valve stem or bore/ring wear in that cylinder!!
maybe do a compression test just to compare???
