Hoses

Okay, as some of you may have read on my previous thread, im positive im losing boost/pressure as my C70 doesn't seem anywhere near as spritely as before........

also, seeing its a 2001, and on 67k now, its probably time i replace (some if not all) the hoses.

So a few questions, where can i get some decent hoses from?? and secondly is it a job a complete novice with only limited knowledge can do???
