C70 Front roll bar

Any ti[ps on changing the front lower roll bar on a C70 2002.

The old one had slipped through its rubbers, and a new one was required. Started to knock and bang, so angle grinded the old one and pulled straight out.
Now need to get the new one on, and would like any hints/tips.
