Boot Lid release on S80

Hi,

I'm a newbie on here but it looks as though its full of experts!

I have a 2003 Volvo S80 D5. The boot release doesn't work when you try to open it. It will open with the key and also with the key fob. It's as though it's locked.

Any ideas?
