What type/model of fuel pressure regulator is best fot the T5's?

I've been told the FSE one is the one to get, but surprise-surprise, it's also one of the most expensive...

Has anyone got any experience in this field?

I had one on my car for a couple of weeks, adds a little kick BUT throws up fault codes like mad!!! Fuel economy drops like a stone too. Dont bother!!!!
