Burning oil smell

I'm getting a burning oil smell after taking the car for a drive and getting out the drivers side, engine bay looks clean but I have just noticed some oil on the road where the car has been parked the last coupe of nights.

Also I am getting some condensation out of the exhaust and some mist coming out of the oil dipstick when the engine is idling.

Where the hell do I start? Are we talkng big money? lol
