I adjusted this today, gave it 2 twists to shorten the bar, and the only thing I noticed is the peak pressure was slightly lower and it didn't pull as well lower down the rev range, i've now given it another 2 full twists and it seems like its back to normal!
I definetly twisted it the correct way..

Is this normal?
What am I supposed to notice?

hello,
did the same thing to my actuator rod also noticed little or no difference!
now i recently aquired a 19t (thanks george) now i can hardly move the acuator rod on the 19t though it's not yet fitted.the rod on my 15g turbo is very easy to slide in and out (ooer missus) thinking the acuator/wastegate is faulty!

15G, 16T, 18T and 19T all have different actuator strengths, so it's perfectly normal for the 19T to be stronger than the 15G, even if the 15G is adjusted correctly.

No, probably best to leave it where it is.
