Hi Walter,

suspension's looking very nice. Be interested to hear how the ride quality changes, I keep wondering if coilovers are a sensible option for me.

What are the Meyle triangles? I didn't understand. Is it another name for the wishbone arms?

Cheers, Pete

There is an American company making coilovers in the same shape as those with the adjustable top plates also. A full kit come in at around £1200 the last time I looked when the pound was poor.

As promised the guys from HCP(germany)called me back late in the afternoon.
It seems they've been hard at work all day to find a replacement.:wiggle:
But since they don't stock/do KW and GAZ the choices reduce dramaticly for the volvo.Still they came up with a nice solution,it's still going to be FK(they've found another set at someone else's shop)but another set called Highsport(a wee bit cheaper at 799 euros, they will refund the 41 euros):D
Should be here at the end of next week.

Actualy, that first one you where interested in looks like it's just an add on piece that bolts/attaches to the bottom of the existing bumper, that would be a doddle to make.

Well get cracking then,lol.

At least it was the windscreen and not the bonnet or the grill. A large dent in bonnet can be more costly.

By the way she's looking really good.

Now I'm off to sulk in a corner.
