Help needed RE powered window

I have a 1996 850, Now My drivers side power widow will lower BUT
then it does not want to come back up. I have changed the motor
and still will not play ball, watching the motor it will motor down with Hummth of speed and power but try to put it up its lame and weak. ( on both motors )
any ideas what could cause this bad behavour ??

You tried changing the switch? The contact may have burned out inside of it

thats my next step, not sure how to get the switch out,
I can hear the relay click loud on down mode but low on up mode
its all really strange
