Search by username?

It would be nice if you could search the forums by user name, if only so I can find threads that I replied to earlier cos I'm a bit thick and can never remember where they were....... :dunce:

You can Andy,

If you go into user profile you can find all posts by that user and all new threads started by that user :)

Also, if you click the search button in the toolbar above - and then click advanced search, a new page will come up which allows you to search on keywords and by user.

If you want to see if anyone's spoken to you since your last visit, you can go to the advanced search page (that Dave linked to), enter your name, as people refer to you, into the search terms (keywords) box. then choose "Your Last Visit" in the "Find Posts From" drop down menu. Of the resultant threads, any which come up with either of the following 2 icons may have replies directed at you:

Ofcourse, this depends on how unique your usename is :)
