Forum member in Hyde (?) can help with tyres?

I can't seem to find the thread that included a post from a fellow forumite in Hyde, Manchester who (iirc) seemd to say he might be able to help with new tyres for fellow forum members. Anyone help with a name? Business could be on the cards if I can find out a name and details.
