Anyone recommend a wheel refurb in the Manchester/NW area?

My Orestes were refurbed 2 years ago but haven't lasted well at all. No kurb rash or dings just that they have started to peel in several places. Also when I had two new tyres fitted last October they managed to scrawp the wheels in a couple of places. Looks unsightly now and whilst I need two new front tyres as well, I might as well get them done (properly this time). To be honest I'm a bit pee'd off that they haven't lasted long, considering how well the last company who did them came across (yes, we take care in our preparation, grit blasting, priming, oven baking, yada, yada) but that's life. They also charged more than "normal" , saying that Volvo use "bright silver" for their wheels which needs a different primer/basecoat. Possibly my fault in getting someone to to turn them round in a couple of days but I was desperate to change the Amaltheas, 2 of which were dented and played havoc with the ride (still got them and can use for a short while when new ones are being 'furbed).

When I had my previous 940 I used a company in Leigh (iirc, not far from the East Lancs Road) and they did a superb job, to the extent that the wheels went onto my Dads 740 when I sold the 940 (company car calling). But, nearly 10 years later I can't remember what they were called and Google hasn't helped.

Anyone got any ideas?

Just to make things worst, I've also got a full sized spare in the boot (not that silly elastic band emergency spare jobby) and it's in perfect condition (never used) so really need to match the colours if possible. Then again, I'm toying with the idea of anthacite finish, so all 5 would then need doing at any rate. Would anthracite match match my muddy green/ blue (mistral green according to Volvo)?

Last point, I need two new front tyres. Currently running Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's all round and I'm impressed. But, when I changed a set last October, I was told that these were being discontinued and replaced by the F1 Assymmetric. I eventually got hold of a a pair but now the other pair needs changing (currently the fronts, down to about 2-2.5mm), especially as we're off to the Alps in August on holiday. Any thoughts about mixing GSD3's and Assymmetric's, which ones are best on the back or front (keep GSD3's on the back, new Assy's on the front or vice versa)?

Sorry for longish post

Try http://www.prestigewheels.co.uk, they are based in furness vale, a few miles outside Stockport and did a cracking job on the Thors I had on my old S70.

They also have, in Helen, one of the most delightful office managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!
