Very nice indeed, never seen that design before, they look as if they were made for kerbs!

Suspension is still standard I think and I reckon it will look loads better if flatten it on some lowering springs.

Nice wheels though.

Cheers for positives, yes they are 19" - and currently it is lowered 35mm all round, although the light on the rear wing makes it all look like the arch.

It is on my list to lower it more, thought 35mm would be enough, but obviously not, although arch sits just above tyre on rear, but looks higher on front - so maybe just the front 45mm??

I am very carefull with kurbs, but we will see :)

Thanks

very nice.good to see more c70's on the forum.

Pull up the back seat base and you will see 2bolts,undo these.open the armrest and prize out the cover, and undo two more bolts.should then be able to push back and upwards and then when console is out, turn it over and undo the screws that hold the bit in you want to remove. H.t.h. Mike

Hi

Did you try the 235's ?

Hi mate,

No, was going to stick with the 235's on the back and leave 225's on the front as my first thought, because of the rubbing - but the guy said the 235's were really for the newer C70, and it would be best with 225's with lower profile.

To my amazement though, the wheels dont rub anymore on the fronts on full lock, or at least i cant hear anything?? so im thinking, i maybe could have got away with 235's - definatley on the rears, as they dont catch at all, even lowered - and weighted down badly.

I think when tyres are up for renewing, i will put 235's on, test them on the front - if they work ok - move them to the back and wait to renew other pair and stick on the front.
