Well we've just been reconfirmed as being a welcome addition to the Swiss Tuning Show in Geneva on 13th and 14th June.
As this is the 'Economy' version of the 2Thumbs-up Road Trip we've had to redo the route. This is now available on the route page: http://www.2thumbs-up.com/route.htm
You might notice that we're working a detour through Paris into the route. This is because we'd very much like to get pictures of the cars in front of the Eiffel Tower at night. We've also placed out regroup points along the route to ensure that the group stays together. Everyone will be required to pull in at these stops. Not only will this give us a nice break at regular intervals, but also means that anyone who wants to 'stretch their legs' can do so and will know where to wait for the rest of the group. If you don't, you'll know where they'll be waiting.
All these locations are available as GPS Coordinates for you to put into your Satnav units.
The final part of the outbound leg will see us drop into the Swiss town of Nyon. The plan is to find a nice cafe here for a spot of breakfast alongside Lake Geneva.
For those of you wanting to get on with booking things up sooner rather than later, please email us or PM '2Thumbs-up' via the Forum for details of the Ferry discount code. Alternatively these will be emailed around in the next couple of weeks along with a more detailed timetable of crossings and the recommended hotel.
The Swiss tuning show is for Modified cars :) So all you modified Volvo owners have a think and help me not being the only volvo there each year :)
