C70 Engine light

Hi all, Just after a little info, hoping someone can help????

I did a huge school boy error on bank holiday Monday....
I left my lights on over night, yes I know "Muppet"

I got a jump start from my fantastic local garage (Mayford Motors, Woking)
But the "check engine" light is now on.
The engine was recently serviced so no issues there.

Does anyone have any ideas why this has happened?
