Hi whilst doing my spring tops (cheers rufe youre a star!) i noticed my brakes are as bad as they felt! like really past it especially the back discs and the flexi lines on the front although the lot is past its best.

Now with my use of left foot braking when having a blast and the general effort of hauling an auto t5 to a stop i figured i would upgrade to 302 and some braided hoses.

is the Partsforvolvos kit a good price? and what makes the tarox so much better?

at the moment i have volvo discs on the front and cross drilled and grooved on the back (dont ask they were like that).

£100 for 302 discs & pads from German & Swedish

That sounds a very good price when i did my 302 upgrade the carriers cost £40 around £40-50 for genuine pads then £80 for some drilled and grooved discs and i think the braided hoses were £40 i also got a rubber repair kit for my calipers as the rubbers were split and that cost around £20 for both sides.
