RICA (dare I say it....?)

Does anyone know if a RICA'd ECU from a V70 auto 2wd would work in an 850R auto? Bosch part number on ECU B9.2 ECU, Bosch 0261204449

What year's the V70?, if it's an early one then it should do shouldn't it?.

I thought even the early V70s were Bosch Motronic 4.4, whereas the 850R would be Bosch Motronic 4.3 so I'm not sure it would work.

I am astounded......is a RICA'd T5 quicker than an 850R? If so, what does an 'R' have over other T5's other than leather seats,etc, etc....? I am looking at an R to buy.....

Just that, leather seats etc...the 850R's and the T5-R's where the limited edition versions of the T5, so they got the top spec and a little more power. The 850R also got an LSD, 850R's where 250 bhp, T5-R's where 240 bhp, most RICA'd T5's will make 270-280bhp.
