Does anyone know the outside diameter of the T5s coolant hoses?

Off the top of my head (having moved one in the shed last night) I'd say about 40mm outer diameter.

If you want more accurate, I can measure but it might be tomorrow...

OK, 41mm according to the vernier calipers but as it's rubber it's a bit give and take... Could have seen measurements from 40.5 to 41.5mm.

Well it had stopped raining, and I was already in the shed getting Torx drivers to go and remove an indicator stalk and... But I digress :-)
