1995 850 T5 Plug

On checking the oil and water today i have noticed a disconected plug attatched to the back of the drivers side headlamp.I reconected it and a sound not unlike a pump or motor started.Nothing appeared on the dash and nothing out of the ordinary started working.The biggest problem i have is that being totaly colour blind i am unable to tell you what colour it is.Any ideas what plugs lie behing the headlamp?

Levelling motor I would guess.

hello ther my friend i was talking to t5 pete other day and he showed me the socket after talking about headlamps and this is for the headlamp motor,my car dosnt have adjustable headlamps or the levelling switch on the dashboard.so im guessing this is the same matter on yours. someone will be along to tell you more,cheers james

Hi I had the same problem with mine it was the motor for the head light wiper trying to work, although the arm itself did not move.
