Anyone re-mapped a 2.0LPT?

Just wondering if anyone has done this. Rumour has it that it matches the 2.0T5 in other markets. Does the block take the increased stress? Your thoughts and opinions please...

Ahh!! Hamish,just the man...Don't know if you've been following the threads,but I fitted an mbc which is on full adjustment. Scary fast but worried about engine damage as I don't have an accurate guage,only the dash one. Any advice?? The original q regarded my brother's 2.0 auto.

id suggest a remap than a mbc. much safer. im sure hamish will sort you out

With regards both the mbc and the 2.0 LPT give me a call at work.
