Turbo gasket?

I THINK i have an oil leak from the turbo..
Is it a case of a gasket here?

I've only recently had a leak fixed that I had from the turbo oil return line, had the leak for ages before I found out what it was, thought for ages that it was the sump gasket. Anyway, the return line has an O ring at the engine end and a paper gasket at the turbo end. It turned out to the O ring that was at fault. I think both parts have to be replaced, but the parts were literally pennies from the dealers.
