This morning on my way to work I am now getting a scraping noise from the left hand front side, will try and have a look at it, any pointers on where I should look?

If its all the time sounds like a wheel bearing or the cv joint mate. Its not just your pads grinding is it......

Id go for pads too! OR, the thin splash plate behind your caliper may of bent inwards for some reason, and it may be touching your disc.

Not all the time, I did recently change all my disc's and pad's! Wheel off later I guess!
