Engine oil in coolant T5 :(

Guys n gals.....

Just picked up a £300 850 T5 cheapie from ebay, got 140.000 miles behind it, and theres engine oil in the coolant :(

Being a mechanic myself im hazzarding a guess that the oil cooler has failed internally and oil is getting into the coolant that way!

Anyone else experienced this on thier T5?

1995 'M' 850 T5 estate auto (2 oil coolers in the radiator unit)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Absolutely spot on,had this problem myself,there's an oilcooler in the radiator,

so order a new one,probleme solved.:Handshake

Thought that maybe the prob.... Was hoping someone else my have had the same! Still £300 for the motor and £125 for a new rad, still a bargain me thinks.... Pics to follow too! Regards. John
