I'm just in the process of fitting electric seats in my S70. If it's the same as the 850's then it's very simple.

There should be one plug on the original seat. That is for the heated seat and seatbelt warning light. That plug just plugs into the new electric seat the same way. The additional connector block on the electric seat is obviously for the electric switches/motor. It simply needs power running to it. You can do this directly from the battery (with an in-line fuse) or run it through the fuse box.

So it is as simple as running a 12v supply and ground to that connector. Is it an memory electric seat? If so, power/earth is all you need. If it isn't a memory seat then there is a thrid pin that acts as a switch live. So that needs a power supply also.
