blue smoke on tickover ???

Hi all,

does anyone know why I get blue smoke when I let the car tickover or when I am stuck in traffic,then when I pull away I get blue smoke.
I only get this when the car is warmed up,any info will be a great help.

blue smoke is oil burning could possible be a sign of turbo or seals on there way out
