Trying to pin point a problem with the turbo dumping its pressure under hard acceleration - V70 T5 P2
Does the wastegate hold prussure under vacuum or is it automatically closed until vacuum pulls it open??
What maximum boost will a standard waste gate actuator hold - do I need to uprate this to hold 1 bar pressure?
I've also been told that a worn ETM can cause the ECU to think its at ideal during acceleration hence dump pressure - done the obvious checks for leaks and changed the ricu dump valve but not the actuator
Any thoughts gents
