Hi All,
Seeing as Im keeping my car now (AGAIN) I think Im going to replace either the front wishbones, or just get a set of Poly bushes, but thats IF they are replaceable. Ive read a few threads, but I think they're old, as most are saying that you need to replace the whole wishbone.
So the question is, can you just replace the bushes on a C70??? i you can, I believe Larkspeed maybe the best suppliers.
Cheers
Paul

Spesh, what bushes did you use?
The C70 has the same lower arms as the ex-Plod/Diesel/R cars which are different to the arms found on a regular V/S70 T5. They are bolted differently to the subframe and use 4 bolts, not 2. Neither Volvo or Powerflex make the bushes for them, Russ at RT I believe has asked Powerflex to look into making them, but not heard anything yet AFAIK.

Those were just for example, I wouldn't advocate using ScanTech parts that have bushes in them, unless you want to replace them again in 12 months. Get a set of genuine Volvo ones, cost is about £220 from Rufe IIRC but they should last 90,000-100,000 miles
