need some help lads,

http://www.cloverleaf4.co.uk/images/uploads/13990.jpg

got an oil leak or more accurately an ooze from the turbo-intercooler pipe, strangely not using a decernable amount of oil and the exhaust isn't smoking at all apart from the usual on cold mornings..

blocked breathers or something? thoughts?

Might be crap from the PCV system. When it gets old it usually spews oil and other crap into the intake system.

There's plenty of info on here about cleaning/replacing the PCV system, just do a search.

I was thinking blocked breather but being a volvo newbie didn't link the 2 together,

Thats the one. I've put a 'catch tank' in the line between the PCV box and the inlet on the intake pipe. You should see the crap it catches.

Hmmm, had a look this evening and not gone as far as taking the inlet manifold off but did take all the turbo feed and charge pipes off and there is a lot of oil in there :(

oil leak is definitely further down, maybe crank shaft oil seal? :( so further investigation required, on a happy note there is virtually no play on the main shaft of the turbo :)
