We have been north for a pub meet just wondered if it was worth organising something similar a bit farther south (ie Kent?)

Sunday lunch and good company anyone?

I'd be up for that, especially if it was the Bromley side of Kent. Don't really know any decent pubs that way though.

I'm up for it - depends when though - we already have wobbly dave's b'day + the anglian meet towards the end don't we ?

If its going to be during the weekend, can we choose a pub with a decent outside play area. And a big car park, of course.

I'm thinking Sunday lunch, big car park and stuff for the kids to play on (Me and Dave lol) But this time I'll arrange it with the pub so that we dont get thrown out LOL

Sunday the 19th is father's day so will be hard to find a pub to accomadate great numbers at short notice!

Why not ask Stewart at SW Autos, he lives in Kent. The Deering Arms at Pluckley used to host Aston Martin and Classic Car meets.

Sounds like a good idea to me, just have to figure out a date that's all :)

Well,

I'm I can be in Kent the weekend of the 18th June or the 25th June (all being well and the we aren't moving that weekend) Other than that any time in July other than the Avon Park weekend.

What suits everyone else?

I think the Horseshoes pub Nr Coxheath has a fairly large carpark, with play area for dave and they do do good grub!!

Im up for a meet, but im a meet virgin :B_blite:

Actually i did go on an MR2 run to Brighton yesterday....43 cars in total!!
(my missus has a G-Limited Mk2 T-bar)

Was a good day but for the weather being sh*t.

Ive not been to a Volvo meet b4 (dont ask me why....i have a busy lifestyle!)
